The check-in process felt a bit slow, with long waits adding unnecessary frustration after a long journey. Breakfast was a letdown. There was a lack of variety, and we had to wait awkwardly for refills on bacon. The velux window blind in our bathroom was non-existent, leaving some privacy concerns. Room sizes were smaller than expected, and the overall experience felt cramped for a group stay. Wi-Fi connectivity was spotty.

Desired. While the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the dales and the staff were friendly, the breakfast setup was lacking. On both days, I found myself having to request refills repeatedly, quite embarrassing. The room felt dated, but it was comfortable overall.

The Accessible Double Room was stylish and super comfy. I loved the powerful shower, definitely woke me up in the mornings! The room felt spacious enough, and the unique local art on the walls was a nice touch. Had an excellent sleep on that cozy bed. Just a bit of a downside-could've used some extra pillows, but honestly, it was a nice stay overall. The ambiance of the hotel really added to it!
